Joey Crampton, CPA, CMA, PCC, is a leadership coach and founder of the 360 Coaching Group, specializing in helping small business CEOs navigate complexity through structured problem‑solving, peer collaboration, and practical systems design. With four decades of experience as an entrepreneur, educator, and financial leader, he brings both strategic clarity and a deeply human approach to leadership development.

Since 2019, Joey has coached more than 150 leaders in 1,600+ hours of one‑to‑one and group work. Through the 360 Growth Forum, his Winnipeg‑based peer groups, he helps founders gain perspective, confidence, and momentum. He also serves as the lead coach for Manitoba’s Pride Venture Coaching program, supporting 2SLGBTQ+ entrepreneurs in building resilient, values‑driven businesses.
